Mrs. Valerie Clark
Administrative Secretary
Mrs. Clark has worked as Administrative Secretary for 17 years, the last five years at St. Thomas School. Married, she and her husband have two daughters, and five grandchildren. With great compassion for children and teens, she held a position as a Youth Ministry Leader for 7 years and enjoys the personalities that emerge and develop from children into the teen years. Being at St. Thomas continues to be a great joy in caring for the children.

Mrs. Lexi Sheets
Kindergarten Aide
Mrs. Sheets received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Louisville and her masters in Education from the University of Kentucky.  She spent four years teaching middle school science and special education in Lexington, KY.  She also spent several years teaching adult education at the Newport Adult Education Center.  This is her third year at St. Thomas assisting in the kindergarten classrooms.  When not at school, Mrs. Sheets can be found teaching classes at the YMCA, coaching the St. Thomas cross country team with her husband and spending time traveling with her family.

Mrs. VonHandorf holds a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Morehead State University, She has a Masters of Education
with an Area of Concentration in Reading from Northern KY University. This is her second year working with students at Saint
Thomas, She has been teaching for 32 years. 
She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren,
Dr. Sell-Smith is a licensed clinical psychologist who has over 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health. She has a doctoral degree in Psychology from Union Institute, a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State. Dr. Sell-Smith also works in private practice at Viewpoint Psychological Services. She has three children and enjoys spending her free time having fun with her family by hiking, attending sporting events and riding roller coasters.
